Now hiring an Outside Sales Representative for our client in Aledo, Texas! This position will have approximately 3 months of training in the office before being sent out to the field. This position requires a results-driven attitude to actively seek out and engage customer prospects in the companys industry. Job duties include:
* Present, promote, & sell products/services using solid arguments to existing & prospective customers
* Product demonstrations & sales to existing & prospective customers
* Establish, develop, & maintain positive business & customer relationships
* Reach out to customer leads through cold calling & emails
* Follow up on customer leads
* Coordinate sales effort with team members
* Supply management with feedback on prospecting needs, challenges, interests, competitive activities, & potential for new products & services
* Continuously improve through feedback
* Additional tasks may also be assigned
Requirements:
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Ability to build productive professional business relationships
* Excellent selling, communication, & negotiation skills
* Proven work experience as a sales representative
Hours: Monday Friday, 8:00am 5:00pm
